How to Dress for St. Patrick’s Day

Here’s how to rock the perfect St. Patrick’s Day look with Blowfish Malibu.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The day of green is upon us and like every other celebratory holiday, festive fashion is a thing. But Saint Patty’s Day dressing can be a little hard to pull off. Green is quite a commanding color and if styled without a second thought, it can go from, “heeey, girl!” to “whoaaa, girl.” However, if you are going all-out for the occasion, then don’t let us get in the way of your green-tastic getup! (Better yet, show us your best St. Patty’s Day look by tagging us on Instagram!)

But for those more introverted like me, below are a few styling ideas that are easy to pull off and stylish. These looks will let you celebrate the holiday all while staying clear of those pinch-hungry fingers out there. These outfits work perfectly for an Irish Sunday Funday at the beach, partaking in a green pint, or hosting a girls night featuring homemade corned beef and cabbage.

Go all out with green.

Whether you choose to wear a green dress or green pants with a green top, head to toe festive dressing can be really fun! If you are wearing separates, try to choose colors in the same tone. But if you have a green dress, romper, or jumpsuit, now is the time to bust it out! We love the look of a short romper paired with Henri.

Add a subtle pop.

If you aren’t feeling the head-to-toe green look, just adding a pop of color goes a long way. Subtle green tones like army green, sage, and mint are great additions to any every day look. We love how an army jacket pairs with a floral spring dress. And of course we top the look of with the Blumoon sandal.
