Sweet Eats: Our 6 Favorite Food Bloggers Right Now

We compiled a list of our favorite food bloggers because, no matter where you are in your cooking journey, everyone needs a little inspiration.

I’m a terrible cook. Legit, one of the worst you’ll ever come across. True story: I turned chicken purple once.

For my birthday, my sister gave me the gift of a Blue Apron gift card, which I proceeded to use during the first three months of the year when I attempted the paleo diet. Slowly but surely, I started to get the hang of cooking. Now, I’m no master chef and I’m definitely not going to invite anyone over for a home cooked meal anytime soon. But I am finally at the point where I can cook more than eggs and ground turkey for dinner, which is a big freakin’ deal.

Since my short venture into the land of the kitchen, I’ve started scoping out food bloggers on Instagram for inspiration. The meals I’ve cooked are nowhere near the masterpieces that they have created, but it’s fun to look at and many recipes come with tips and tricks. (Plus imagine eating all those delicious goodies they come up with!)

So without further ado, feast your eyes (no pun intended… or was it?) on these delectable Instagram feeds, and try not to drool too much.

Teresa Floyd // @now-forager

A former pâtissière & chocolatier editor, Teresa certainly knows how to hit your sweet spot. I don’t really have that much of a sweet tooth, yet every post leaves me wanting to run to the nearest bakery to grab a sweet treat (or two, or three, or seven).

Adrianna Adarme // @acozykitchen

I’m low-key obsessed with the aesthetic of Adrianna’s feed. Muted colors with lots of pops of pink – it’s like a fairytale kitchen, which I desperately want to visit time and time again.

Sweet Laurel Bakery // @sweetlaurelbakery

You can never have too many sweets! (Okay, maybe I am developing a sweet tooth.) But these cakes?! Come on. I’ll have one of each… every day of the week, please.

Amanda Wilens // @feedme_withamanda

I love how Amanda’s feed is a great balance of sweet and savory. The bright colors and mouth watering recipes have me following her adventures through St. Louis on the regular.

Erin Clarkson // @cloudykitchen

Looking for inspiration from a Saveur award finalist for baking and sweets? Look no further because Erin’s blog is it. Formally a geologist on an oil rig, Erin now spends her time whipping up tasty treats like frozen yogurt cookie sandwiches with brown butter streusel cookies. Wha?!

Sarah Fennel // @bromabakery

Again, with the aesthetics! I’m pretty sure food bloggers take the cake (hahaha) in terms of picture-perfect content. Sarah’s feed is no different, and every post has me convincing myself: “hey, maybe I can pull that off, too?”
